Custom T-Shirt Printing
Custom t-shirt printing is the heart of what we do. Whether you need one shirt for a birthday or 500 for a company picnic, we pick the decoration method that fits the run size, the artwork and the budget — instead of forcing every job through the same machine.
Minimum
No minimum for DTF-printed tees. Screen printed tees start at 12 pieces per design.
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available — ask when you request your quote.
How it works
We print on blank tees sourced from mills like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors and Port & Company. Small runs and full-color designs go through direct-to-film transfers; larger single- or two-color runs go on the screen printing press, where the cost per shirt drops sharply as quantity climbs.
Choosing the right blank
A soft ringspun tee like Bella+Canvas 3001 photographs beautifully and is the go-to for retail-feel merch. A heavier Gildan 5000 handles work abuse and washes hard without complaint. Comfort Colors garment-dyed tees are the pick when you want that broken-in, vintage look right out of the box. We'll send you options with pricing before anything gets printed.
Artwork and setup
Send vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or a high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi. If all you have is a napkin sketch or a photo of an old shirt, that's fine too — our graphic design service can rebuild it clean and print-ready.
Sizing and print placement
Standard adult full-front prints run 11–12 inches wide, set 2–3 inches below the collar. We also do left chest, full back, sleeve hits and oversized prints. If you're mixing youth and adult sizes in one order, we scale the youth prints so the design doesn't swallow the shirt.
