You pick the garments and decoration; Emily mocks everything up in your colors and logo. Usually 4–8 items so members have choice without decision paralysis.
Stores run for a set period — usually two to three weeks. A firm close date is what makes the pricing and production timeline work.
No coach chasing checks, no treasurer fronting money, no spreadsheet of sizes. Everyone handles their own order at a set price.
Everything is produced in one run after the store closes, then bagged and labeled by name so handout takes minutes instead of an evening.
Because store orders are produced in one combined run, small groups still get reasonable pricing — even when only a portion of the roster buys in.
Want the store to raise money? We add your margin to each item and return the difference to the organization after the store closes. You set the number.
Artwork and garment specs stay on file, so reopening the same store next season is a phone call — not a new project.
Building and hosting a team or company store takes real work — mocking up your lineup, setting up the shopfront, running the orders, then sorting and labeling everything by name. Because of that, there is a setup fee for every store.
The exact amount depends on how many items you want in the store and how much artwork needs to be prepared. Emily will tell you the fee up front, in plain numbers, before anything is built — no surprises after the fact.
Ask about the fee for my groupTell us about the group, roughly how many members, and when you'd like the store to open and close. Emily will call you back to walk through a proposed lineup and pricing.
