Embroidery
Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread instead of printing on top of it. It reads as premium the second someone sees it, and it's the standard for corporate apparel, hats and outerwear.
Minimum
6 pieces for apparel, 12 pieces for hats. Single-piece embroidery is available for personalization at a per-piece rate.
Turnaround
10–14 business days after stitch-out approval. First-time logos add 1–2 days for digitizing.
How it works
Your artwork is first digitized — converted into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly where each needle penetration goes, in what order, at what density and direction. That file then drives the embroidery machine across hooped garments.
Digitizing is a one-time step
We digitize your logo once, approve a sewn-out sample, and keep that file on record. Every reorder after that skips the setup entirely and stitches identically to the first batch — which matters when you're adding new hires to an existing uniform program.
What embroiders well
Clean shapes and readable type do great. Very fine lines, tiny text under about a quarter inch tall, and photographic gradients do not — thread has a minimum width. If your logo has small print, we'll suggest a simplified embroidery lockup that keeps the identity intact.
Placement and sizing
Left chest logos usually run 3–4 inches wide. Hat fronts run 4–5 inches wide with a 2.25 inch height limit on structured caps. We also do sleeve hits, back yokes, name drops above the pocket and full jacket backs.
Name drops for staff
Adding individual employee names beside a company logo is one of our most requested add-ons. Send us a name list with the order and we'll handle the rest.
