From spring through the first hard frost, the towns around us run on fairs, road races, tractor pulls, farmers markets and fundraisers. It's the busiest and best part of the year for a print shop.
What vendors need
A booth reads as legitimate or amateur within about three seconds. The difference is usually three things: a hemmed banner with your name in large type, staff in matching shirts so customers know who to ask, and stickers or a tote to send home with the sale.
Lead times for event season
Banners run 5–10 business days. Apparel runs 7–14 depending on the method. If your first market is in three weeks, you're fine. If it's next Friday, call the shop and we'll tell you honestly what's still possible.
Fundraiser and community orders
We work regularly with fire departments, youth leagues, PTOs and 4-H groups across the Brookfields, Ware, Barre and Hardwick. Bulk pricing on those runs is structured so the group actually clears money on the sale rather than breaking even.

New work, event photos and behind-the-press shots go up on our Instagram — that's the fastest way to see what's coming out of the shop this week.
