Every year the same thing happens: everything is calm through July, and then the second week of August every coach, booster club and athletic director in the region calls in the same week.
Recommended order dates
For gear needed by the first week of September, get artwork approved by the first week of August. Screen printed orders need 10–14 business days in normal conditions, and August is not normal conditions. Embroidered items — hats, polos, coaches' quarter-zips — should be in by late July because first-time logos need digitizing before anything sews.
What moves faster
DTF orders run 3–7 business days and don't queue behind the press, so late requests and small add-on batches usually go that route. If you missed the window, this is how we still get you covered.
Plan the whole season at once
Teams that order practice tees, game-day hoodies and parent apparel in one combined order pay less per piece and only go through approval once. It also means the whole program looks consistent instead of assembled in pieces across three months.
Reach out early and we'll hold a production slot for you.
